Suggestions for improvement
- Stop standing over the employees and monitoring every word. Stop changing the rules constantly.
Management was helpful in the beginning, but then you were left on your own.
The other customer service reps were great, very helpful
No say in how you did or could improve things, had to follow scripted words
Most communication was on how bad you were doing.
Nice work area, but very loud and made it hard to concentrate. You could hear everyone else on the phone with customers.
