Support from management
It's alot better now than it used to be

Freedom to work independently
We all work independently with our clients
The office staff does a pretty good job communicating with staff.
The majority of the caregivers after female
We have training every year.
Office / Work Environment
They don't have much control over this as we work in people's homes.
You don't have to take clients, you can give your schedule to see if they can work around it. Usually they are pretty flexible. That didn't mean they will be willing to work with any schedule. They want someone serious about the job.
We're in clients homes and most of them are disabled so I suppose, yes.
This is important. If it's not safe, we can't be there
Some days it can be very challenging and other days it's very relaxed.
