Suggestions for improvement
- Increase the starting pay to attract more employees. Implement drug testing as part of the hiring process. Stop putting people in positions that they do not belong in without completely training them first.
What I like about the company
There are ALWAYS plenty of open shifts if you have no family and want to get overtime.
What I dislike about the company
You can be stuck working extra shifts at a site. Even if you do not want to. If you have kids make sure that you have a baby sitter because you have no choice but to stay and work because your supervisor will not answer your calls or offer to help. Employees do not stay with the company long either because the get stuck at a site working shifts that they were not scheduled for and or get fired for falling asleep while on a shift that they did not sign up for and were forced to work.
