I can count on my coordinators to work with me if necessary.
We sometimes are not quick to communicate back and forth when we need to do something urgent for the clients. Sometimes, the person I need to talk to isn't in the office.
Suggestions for improvement
- Need more office workers, a specific time of week time sheets are due, and of course a pay increase
I like about the employer
I like the flexible hours, and the clients I work with are FANTASTIC!
