Rescare was interesting, but you are mostly left to question a lot of the value they put in the people they look after.
Suggestions for improvement
- more staff members in the homes, instead of just one persos per shift.
What I like about the company
Meeting all the different people we took care of and making connections with those people. Feeling a sense of worth knowing you are helping others to live a life rather than laying in a hospital bed all day alone.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of communication between managers and employees, the lack of time off, the lack of staffing in the homes really all should be worked on
