Suggestions for improvement

High turn over, that should tell you how much employees are appreciated.
All talk, no action. Lack of leadership skills.
with such a high turn around, if you have a good group, then things get done, but since no one likes to stick around because of lack of compassion from management.
Again, such high turn over that people get stuck doing others work for long periods until management decides to rehire.
Fairness, and trust???? Not in this office. Those that do wrong actually get praised and commended more then does that are following the rules.
They are all gong ho about ResCare Mission when it comes to the participants, but not with the employees in the front lines dealing with the participants, which in turn makes you feel like you are doing the job for no reason. Hence the turn around in staff. The lack of pay adds to that factor as well.
