Suggestions for improvement
- First of all find better paying jobs for people. Ten dollars an hour in the front range of Colorado is not a living wage. Be more proactive in following up with people you place as to whether they feel the placement is working out well.
I like about the employer
The office personnel were very pleasant and easy to work with.
I dislike about the employer
They have no follow-through. They handle mostly low paid temporary manufacturing jobs and they don't seem to care at all if they've matched you with an employer which doesn't work for you at all. When I chose to leave the current assignment and I did everything the right way they had nothing else to offer me, they never attempted to find out why I left the assignment and I've not worked for them again. At the end of everything they acted as if I was just a warm body filling a slot for them and they could care less if it wasn't working well.
