Leadership is non-existent. Nepotism and Cronyism is your leader.
Teamwork is fair. Management pits employees against each other.
Freedom to work independently
Non-existent. If you voice your concerns they will retaliate against you.
Communication is limited. Meetings are held regularly. Not a very transparent company.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very prejudice against older workers.
Overall compensation for your work
Good benefits but that's about it.
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions are horrible. Supplies are limited.
Very generous with vacation time. Working hours are very non-traditional.
What image. No one I work with speaks fondly of this company. Mostly with disdain.
Yes there is a risk of losing your job at any time. There is no job security.
Extremely Unsafe. They do not make employees safety a priority.
I love what I do but I do not like who I work for. Your work is not appreciated at all.
Inclusive / Diverse
This company is racist but they don't think they are. They need to be enlightened.
Suggestions for improvement
- The management in Louisiana needs to be replaced. Too much nepotism and cronyism.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
The company does not value their employees and do not make them a priority. They are hypocrites. They want staff to value the clients when administration do not value the people who work for them. They are deceitful and are not transparent. Lots of nepotism and cronyism. They look out for only their friends. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
