Everyone was scared of the supervisors.
Support from management
The supervisors are condescending and will treat you like and tell you that you're unintelligent.
Feedback works, insults and condescension won't.
We all worked together and were respectful to one another.
Freedom to work independently
We worked "independently" with much critiquing by supervisors.
Communication through blackberry messenger made things easy because we worked independently and needed to be in contact with one another. Communication skills from supervisors to workers was horrific. Much insult, superiority complex, control issues, and bullying.
No opportunity for advancement.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay mileage and punish you when you go over, expect you to not claim as much as you actually drive. Expect you to follow through with things that clients need to do but don't want to pay for mileage. Threaten your job if you don't lie about your mileage and not claim it.
Office / Work Environment
We were put in scary situations, at risk of contracting serious disease, around people with bed bugs, unstable mental illness and filth.
No one speaks fondly of working for ReStart Inc other than directors and supervisors. Everyone is stressed because the work is long and difficult and they are harassed by supervisors.
My job was not stable. There was zero job security and everyday I felt like if I made any mistake I would be fired. Even things that were not mistakes and I did correctly and well, something was found to complain about. My character and personality was attacked, my ability to work in the field was questioned and I was bullied on a daily basis by my immediate supervisor.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make real consequences for Supervisors who have a history of harassing workers.I am not the first person to be fired/quit because of their behavior.

My fellow workers.
What I dislike about the company
I dislike the way the organization is run, there is no consequence for supervisors who bully their employees. When a formal grievance is filed with HR about harassment in the workplace they fire employees rather than deal with the real problem. Major turnover. Not enough staff.
