- Upper management needs to hold employees accountable, upper management needs to give employees reviews so they know what they can improve upon.

I dislike about the employer
No reviews, No upper mobility job movement, no accountability, no cost of living wage increases, upper management gives the impression that they do not want to improve the product or the company. No building improvements in several decades.
