Bosses try to find out who did what wronge before trying to fix the issue.
Support from management
The uppre mangement only wants to blame people first and cares about fixing the prouble last.
There are small groups that work as a team but the company as a whole try to stab each other in the back
Freedom to work independently
I am given lots of freedom, but know that the management only wants to blame other for the inturn issue, it is more like rope to hang our self.
The people that run the company keep everything hidden, and try not to let people know the truth.
The company does not pay for class to help anyone to develop inside of the comapny. Also, the people that have been with the company for a long time see development as a wast of peoples time that could be spent do things for them.
Overall compensation for your work
People that do the work are given too much to do and no time to get it done.
Office / Work Environment
There are small teams the work well together but most of the office is cut throt.
Most people have an outside look of friendliness, but they are just trying to find a way to make sure you help them and blame you when things go wrong.
The own wants everyone to sale thier soul to the company but dose not give anything in return.
Outside vendors that know the company know we must be COD
The company is not stable.
It is challening work to do so many things in a short period of time.
Suggestions for improvement
- Have the managment stop trying to find blame and get more people to help get the work done.

I am in one small group that works well together.

The upper management and the style of blame first and maybe fix the problem latter.
