Suggestions for improvement
- No suggestion for the business. The company will continue to close and reopen under new and different names.
What I like about the company
I was in unthinkable situations and that tested me to use my very best problem solving skills.
What I dislike about the company
Retail Capital is involved with many activities and practices that employees are unaware of upon hire, later they are coerced into participation in an effort to keep their job. In the end, they likely won't have a job for any great length of time because the company has a high turnover rate. In part, "hiring and firing" is just one negative aspect that would prevent me from referring any person to Retail Capital; hiring and firing before paying benefits or honoring raises, or paying temp-to-hire agencies the full contractual amount in an effort to save money.
