Support from management
Management never spoke to you unless you were screwing up but never really offered any assistance on what you could do to be better at your job.
Things changed constantly and only a few people were informed of the changes while everyone else was still doing the same thing.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Majority of the employees were young people, mostly those fresh out of college.
Suggestions for improvement
- Instead of telling an employee that they're making mistakes, try offering assistance as to what can be done besides telling them to ask other co-workers for help. The manager should be the one to offer help. But that's hard to do if the manager doesn't even know the job.
What I like about the company
The location was nice and they were very accommodating when it came to time off.
What I dislike about the company
As long as employees come to work on time and do their job, that should be the main focus. Not whether they smile and grin in everyone's face. Being friends with all of the employees should not be a requirement but it seemed as though it was.
