Suggestions for improvement
- Office/upper mgmt. needs to take a hard look at what the field and its field mgmt. is expected to do. Pay needs to be increased for field workers.
I like about the employer
Flexibility, able to work from home.
I dislike about the employer
Pay is very low. Expected to work 7 days a week 14 plus hours per day. The main office mgmt. has no idea what the bosses in the field actually do. Expect more than is actually possible. Pay for field employees is very low for what they are expected to do. No raises for field employees, only pay CUTS. Recruiting is the worst I have ever seen anywhere. Extremely slow getting people in the system and getting the equipment out to them.
