Support from Management
Doesn't feel like the leadership knows what's going on. They are good people but it feels like they are mostly concerned about bonuses.
Great for getting your foot in the door with IT work.
Overall Compensation for your work
Pay is better than a call center but worse than a tech support. I would say use this job to get experience then move on.
Suggestions for improvement
- Put rules in place for promotions. Get a handle on what you can handle. Stop briNing in clients before you can support them. Also require site to upgrade there systems.
