Suggestions for improvement
- Bring human capitol back onsite. Load stats and ranking in empower so we know consistently where we rank. Don't change the commission structure every other month.
What I like about the company
Pay and training is above average for comparable jobs in the area. It is a good place for people with disabilities.
What I dislike about the company
Commission structure is constantly changing making it hard to meet metrics. Stats are not kept up on a regular basis making it hard to know exactly where you are at. Management is seriously understaffed so it is hard to get help from them. There is no onsite human recourse and if you need help with benefits or payroll can take weeks to get an answer
