Suggestions for improvement
- Loosen up on employees and allow them to work. Trust in the employees.
The culture that's portrayed is a complete fabrication, they sell employees on a fun and hip environment where everyone's ideas are heard and team work is #1. Nothing could be further from the truth. The reality is the employees are overworked and spread thin, there's not support from management, and ridiculous rules are constantly being doled out that make it harder to do the job at hand. The employees end up caring more about the company than management does, and this leads to everyone being unhappy and eventually leaving. By the time I left there were only a handful of the same people working there....the smart ones don't stay past 6 months.
The management teams main objective is to avoid being screamed at by the CEO. If that means their employees have to suffer, then so be it. And the employees do suffer regularly.
