Suggestions for improvement
- More intentional inclusive policies regarding having people of color in the workforce (and in positions of responsibility). Better understanding for upper management on needs and challenges of running a department too lean.
What I like about the company
Company wide events hosted to involve and intimate employees about upcoming changes, investments etc. Also the company encourages present accomplishments and employees contributing towards it, however big or small. The benefits are excellent.
