Suggestions for improvement
- Stop condoning poor performance and favoritism. Create more channels for promotion from within. HR needs professional individuals, with objectivity. Get rid of the dead weight. You have staff that wastes more time than they spend working. Start paying attention!
What I like about the company
Great customers / business partners.
What I dislike about the company
Poorly run and unappealing working environment. Very demanding of staff, with little genuine appreciation of their efforts. Horrible that a company of this size allows zero sick days. I'd never worked for a company that had absolutely no regard for their employee's needs.
