Company Culture

Management pushes for production, wile cost savings drains the operations.

Support from management

Management is on a profit bonus program, this drives a more, more,more attitude.

Teamwork

Departments don't care about the operation of the other, by management choice.

Sure, the more you can do the better. Don't worry about the hours required.

Support from management

Reyco Granning is a good company to work for. I found that there were a number of really good folks working there. The manufacturing side of the business needs a lot of work. Especially the leadership and holding people accountable for their actions. It was extremely disappointing to findbfind many assembly areas did not have work/assembly instructions, resulting in poor quality. The engineering area needs leadership the does not over commit and under deliver. The core leadership has some very intelligent individuals. However, they have too much on their plate to make appropriate decisions. The pay is good, especially for the area. However, lazy union folks who are there to collect a paycheck and do not have investment in the company continue to drive inconsistent product. The sales and marketing teams do not understand the markets and make commitments to customers without fully understanding the impacts of the requested change. If improvements are made to the aforementioned areas, steady improvements in revenue and customer satisfaction would take place. The question is, "does the top leader realize the problem areas and is he willing to fix those respective areas? Will he be willing to bring back a few of the top performers that were let go, but were highly respextes with the ability to help turn things around? Only time will tell.

  • Quit trying to stretch out peoples body and stuff them like a teddy bear.

What I like about the company

They get away with murder.

What I dislike about the company

They try to do surgeries on people while they are working. Suvh as you might have a facelift at thhe end of your 8 hour shift.
