- Review their management & assess their overall effectiveness. The lack of foresight will have a definite impact on the Reynolds brand.
Benefits, working space, fitness center on site.
No appreciation, managers like people that to go out with them for drinks, have friendship with them, discrimination for older employee, create work environment to push employee to quit the job. If management like somebody, they will promote that body no matter about the job performance. No communication, IT staff afraid to talk, no trust. Management encourage employee to tell on each other to the management about what and who say something, that is scary.
