Suggestions for improvement
- Be better at assigning work. Don't expect employees to put in time out of office to take tests that they don't care about.
What I like about the company
Weekly meetings with direct supervisor were always positive and set expectations well. Upper management was a different story.
What I dislike about the company
The department I worked for assigned arbitrary due dates to projects that did not need to be due in that period of time and would make you feel bad for not completing inconsequential work. We had due dates for all projects, it would have been better if dates were set on that so we didn't waste our time on projects that were far out.
