Suggestions for improvement
- Don't fire someone because they disagree with how you think things should be run. (For the record I left of my own free will)
I like about the employer
They did provide fully paid single benefits
I dislike about the employer
They discourage independent thought. They let go of people at an alarming rate ( over 30 people within the 3 years I was there when the whole workforce was around 70 people, Family owned that take care of the family and not mush else, dictatorship style authority (my way or the highway) , insecure senior staff that challenge any change .....I could go on and on...
