My direct manager was excellent. It was two field manager who cared more about the profit he would have then the safety of there crews. They would do whatever they could get away with to bypass safety.
Freedom to work independently
Yes I was not micro managed at all.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I always noted that it was every man for themselves rather than a team effort.
Overall compensation for your work
Not enough compensation to cover the items that needed to be dealt with
