Any concerns that you may have, when brought to the Service manager, or director will be made into a joke. They don't take any of the employees concerns seriously and respectfully.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop cutting pay, be respectful of employees concerns, don't hassle people when they request their earned time off, get a matching 401k setup.
What I like about the company
You can make good money if you are willing to work long hours.
