Attitude towards older colleagues
Senior employees are hired at a part-time status to keep cost down. Good to have senior employees but at what cost is it to depend on a part-time culture when a full time business is running?
Good luck with any advancement. Very little possibility exists.
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits are not bad. The cost of insurance benefits to the employee has not changed in the past few years.
Office / Work Environment
Employer refuses to upgrade based on current industry standards.
Image of the company is based on a mask. Some sponsors look through the mask and see the issues.
Stability is based on whether business has a financial success. The 15 years I have worked for the company, not one year has gone by without a Lay-off.
Pride in your job is solely based on whether the department achieves its monthly revenue goal.
Inclusive / Diverse
Opinions are rarely supported by management. The goal is to do the job as cheaply as possible in the quickest amount of time even if you have to cut corners. Thus performing tasks based on the shortcut method usually results in failure costing the company more money.
Suggestions for improvement
- Invest, invest, invest. Dump some money into the company so people can actually perform.
What I like about the company
The employer continues to send me paychecks.
What I dislike about the company
Tight nature of the EMPLOYER. employer has not dumped money into real capital investments, areas of the company that really need change.
