Support from Management
The company is set on employees doing what is told and the employee can not ask questions nor are suggestions taken
What I like about the company
I enjoyed working with the patients and helping them in their journey to recovery
What I dislike about the company
The supervisors as well as many employees are not friendly with other employees. Supervisors do not listen and although the company will tell employees that there is an open door policy, there is not. If you disagree with supervisors you are deemed a trouble maker and ultimately dismissed.
