Suggestions for improvement
- Compensation for working at a harder campus.
Teachers need to communicate with thier aide.
Aides are treated indifferent.
Work loads are mostly put on Aides.
Poor commmunication with teacher.
No assistance with career advancement
Low pay grade!
Balances out great!
Must have a heart for Special Education.
