Suggestions for improvement
- Eliminate the union. The union has done nothing for their members, except try to make sure that they vote democrat. Everytime I was let go because of downsizing or whatever, the union was never there to help me, a white man, assure a different position, it was human resources that did this. The union is useless.
What I like about the company
I have worked for this company for over 20 years. As every healthcare/hospital has done over the past 2 decades, they have downsized, consolidated and eliminated clinics and departments by the handfuls. So far, I have lost my job over 10 times since I started working here, yet, they have kept me employed all this time. They always found me a position, and while sometimes it was challenging, I have enjoyed the same position now for about 10 years. It's good to stay in a position for a long time, because this is the only way to be great at what you do.
