- Treat tenured employees like you would someone you would recruit from the competition. If I'm hired in a $XX/year and the company sees that I'm one of the better in my position, offer to raise the pay versus the time lost when I leave for more money.
I like about the employer
I love my job. I get to provide sales resources from pre-sales to post sales implementation and training. The company has a great portfolio.
