Suggestions for improvement
- Far too few people in sales support; a rep should be able to turn in an order and have administrative help actually process it beyond the purchase order. Dysfunctional and systemic issues in making a simple sale.
- Hire more admin sales order processors. A sales rep should sell and not spend countless hours doing order processing or other billing functions. A quota is to sell!
