There were areas of favoritism in the work place.i worked there over 20 years and it did not start out that way.management used the squeaky wheel process.what customer screened the loudest is who got service next.
Support from Management
No leadership,you were own your own if you were in our service dept,no team work.
You had a territory but if you were needed in another or someone was out you would have there work and yours with no back up.
