Small pockets of a good culture exists but they aren't overtly obvious.
Support from Management
Leadership is all over the map and the Peter Principle is in effect in many areas. Support is given by only a few managers and they are very good but many of the remainder are at the other end of the spectrum.
Some work together nicely but many do not, don't play fair.
Level of Autonomy
Not many at Ricoh know what the word 'autonomy' means.
