Upper Management makes mistakes that costs the company money, but instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they pass the blame on to people working under them.
Support from management
Upper Management utilizes Micro-Managing their employees which is counter productive to getting the job done and keeping everyone happy.
Their is not feedback on when an employee does a good job or does not so good. If the employee does not get feedback on their work, how do they know if they are doing right or wrong?
Promotions are pretty much non-existent, unless you are family of someone in upper management
Work is based on your work load. Working late, evenings, weekends, even your days off is the norm.
Work is monotonous. After working for a few months, you get into a rut of doing the same thing over and over.
Suggestions for improvement
- Additional ongoing training for salesmen and project managers on the products and services the company offers and let the project managers and salesmen do their jobs.
What I like about the company
Flexible hours, interaction with customers and problem solving
What I dislike about the company
Management has lost touch with what the goals of the company are. Too many upper managers are meddling in the day to day work routine causing frustrations and a lack of concern on the employees part
