Unfortunately upper management sets unrealistic goals for the associates at store level.
Suggestions for improvement
- Rite Aid needs to limit the amount of new programs they are introducing and concentrate on being good at a few select ones. Better pay and more ancillary help would make working conditions better.
What I like about the company
I enjoyed the people I worked with at the store levels.We worked together as a team.
Rite Aid also has great technology.
