Position Management/executive staff
Suggestions for improvement
- They need to be more empathetic with their employees; they are only looking at dollar signs, not people.
I like about the employer
Employee discount & the pharmacy staff is the best there is.
I dislike about the employer
Upper level management does not care about associates; very snooty. Plenty of room for improvement with Store Managers (not shift supervisors or associates). There is a great deal of unfairness with time off and no coverage if one is sick. They do not support continuing education and on numerous occasions, I've had to miss college classes because management would call in or not fill in - when I was hired and they knew beforehand that I'm also a full time student and working full time.
