Unfortunately customers can be abusive to employees without consequences since it's customer service.
Suggestions for improvement
- Offer better raised to keep emoloyees. We all work very hard, especially in the pharmacy and deal with a lot of issues. Offer better discounts to employees- customers can receive the same discounts we can and we primarily shop there for convenience. The customer is not always right and should respect employees-yelling and swearing should not be allowed.
