No leadership support at all
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat their employees like they matter and are an asset to the company. Give pharmacists more technician help. Also pay technicians more than minimum wage
What I like about the company
Not much. It's a job.
What I dislike about the company
Expects entirely too much. They are a very demanding company. Very little tech help for pharmacists. Work very long 14 hr days.
