- See previous response. At the same time, however, having a budget for each individual program to take staff out for appreciation events would be fantastic.
What I like about the company
The culture is very supportive-- the CEO visits every onboarding orientation, and visits all the sites in the different branches of the company annually. The company is always growing and expanding, and provides essential humanitarian and philanthropic services to those with disabilities and mental health struggles. I go home most days feeling as though I've helped to make my clients' lives better, even on the most difficult days. This job provides me with a strong sense of fulfillment and purpose.
