Suggestions for improvement
- Restructure job titles and responsibilities and educate the employees better about the roles each department plays together so there is less divisiveness between departments.
What I like about the company
Company does a lot for its employees. Lots of gifts and events. They really try to take care of patients and it's an honor to be a part of the team.
What I dislike about the company
Short staffing certain departments without realizing the impact they have on the entire hospital. I think having one too many employees in a department would greatly help them achieve the more important goals of saving lives vs saving money.
