No not all there is no trust of management and people don't feel they have a say so in their careers.
Support from management
The leadership lacks trust in the subordinate employees and thus do not develop them. There is lack of communication between the two and thus a high turnover ratio of employees leaving.
Teamwork in the trenches is good but as you move up to many back stabbers and luars trying to promote. Overall for the department teamwork needs to improve, lack of mobility in assignments at juvenile hall staff and input for shifts
