Supervisors pick on employees and torment until they quit or "find" ways to fire them.
You will hear this word often but it's just for show.
There is no communication. Do as you are told or get fired.
90% of the time males are picked for promotions.
No sick or personal days. 1 week vacation after a year. 2 weeks after 3 years and that is maxed out. 14 points (3 days missed =15pts.) and you are terminated. They do not care if your child is dying or anything!
Work is fairly simple.
Inclusive / Diverse
Diverse workforce yes. Ideas from employees are a no go.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop the games. Management is good at hiding things at the local level from the Corporate Management in KY. Build up your employees do not tear them down. Stop the massive turnover rate.
What I like about the company
I miss some of the people. The workers are mostly really hard and good people.
What I dislike about the company
The treatment of employees is horrible. The management and supervisors openly talk bad about the employees and love firing people. It is sick and twisted. Turnover rate is some of the highest I have ever seen at any company.
