They tell you about all the great things they've got planned but never follow through.
Support from management
Management will wring every bit of production they can out of you and then complain behind your back to your coworkers. When you do that with every employee though eventually everyone knows you're FOS.
Some yes, some no. You eventually just give up on asking for help from certain types.
Freedom to work independently
When I started there you were treated like an adult and expected to act like one. By the time I left they were hanging over everyone's shoulder critiquing them every second of the day.
All I can say is that they treated us like mushrooms. We were kept in the dark and fed sh@t.
Overall compensation for your work
I received one twenty-five cent raise in 6 years. Any other bumps in pay were from taking on additional responsibilities or working off shifts.
Office / Work Environment
It was a non-climate controlled warehouse which is what it is but they were too cheap to buy any fans to make it tolerable.
The only thing this company recycled was excuses.
You were volun-told about overtime, if you had something to deal with it was you job to do it on "your own time".
A week before I quit a friend heard my supervisor and coordinator having a conversation about what they could do to make me quit.
Single story building.
It's pick/pack work, so no.
Inclusive / Diverse
You will do what you are told when you are told, no questions!
Suggestions for improvement
- Get a gun, make sure it's loaded, put it in your mouth, pull the trigger
What I like about the company
Nothing, not a freaking thing.
What I dislike about the company
Pretty much everything. Management is both clueless and tyrannical, you get talked to in a way I wouldn't talk to a dog, and you're made to feel as if you're completely disposable. Oh, and don't expect to make any money either.
