Support from Management
The leadership did not properly manage the department and did not include the employees in the decision-making process. Trust was lost with management and you were told you were replaceable.
Employees did not work well together. There was favoritism and others felt safe to be difficult.
Level of Autonomy
Management always micro managed and did not trust what you told them.
