Management needs to evaluate employees on regular basis to ensure stability. You can't correct what you don't know is wrong. Company needs to make sure management does this.
Suggestions for improvement
- Company needs to stay on top of management to make sure they are keeping up with policies. Management needs to communicate with employees. Quit showing favoritism. Increase pay.
