I like about the employer
Locally based, seem to want to provide quality healthcare. Competitive compensation, or at least it was.
I dislike about the employer
They are very clever. They target groups of people who they can save money by terminating and then they go out and look for ways to do that. Often the reasons are petty but "a rule is a rule". I know this from discussions with many people, not only a small sampling.
