Support from management
Would make a better place for work if management would communicate with employees .For example , if an employee is not well trained and makes suggestion for assistance in a timely manner before deadlines , management should be able to organize help within the team & avoid blaming the employee in the end when deadlines are not met, because they failed to take proper action.
when employees are in need of assistance and others are up to date with their work , they should be able to assist others , without ridicule from management. Also gossip from anyone, especially management is not appropriate for the workplace, it creates a hostile environment within its employees.
New employees should be able to receive quality training

- Better training , communication , and fair treatment.
What I like about the company
I loved the location and its employees, and its software systems. I definitely did learn from more coworkers when I had the chance too.
What I dislike about the company
Rock water has had many dedicated employees that had worked there for years , that seemed very frustrated with the equality and not receiving fair treatment by its management . There fore ,I as temp did not receive any better treatment myself .
