Suggestions for improvement
- Being open to honing individuals strengths would benefit. Weaknesses exist, and we need to start recognizing those rather than constantly trying to fix them.
What I like about the company
Individuals are encouraged to follow their passions and be who they are with their own skillset.
What I dislike about the company
Middle management is continually a challenge. The culture appears to be that individuals who do well are promoted to management, although they have no interest and/or skill for working with personnel. Any successes are celebrated, and any failures never ae falling on the leadership.
