Suggestions for improvement
- The review process lacks oversight, leaving room for abuse. Employees and managers should complete their portions and submit them to HR to be reviewed and combined before being sent back to the manager for the consultation with the employee. The company should also implement a talent management system to identify talent that can be developed and create related contingency planning.
What I like about the company
Rocky does have a culture of giving back to the local area and of promoting from within. It is a good place to gain experience.
