Suggestions for improvement
- I think NAYGN is under-represented and should be expressed to employees more. I also think the company really needs to look into more ways for employees to advance their career. The non-paid training program is a horrible incentive for employees to advance.
What I like about the company
I get paid well for the work I perform on a day to day basis. Also, with the effort I have put in, I can work pretty much however much I want. Overtime pay is nice and rewarding also.
