They need to re-evaluate how they pay commission to sales and quotes departments. They also need to have better meetings to where there is discussion among everyone and get issues and concerns resolved. They also need to learn how to share business among those employees so everyone can survive and succeed and make the company more successful and not have it to where only 1 person makes commission every month and many of the accounts aren't called on but that person gets credit for them.
